Nurina born and bred in Ipoh is an interior decorator by profession and finely tuned her cooking skills by living and cooking for two decades in France, Italy, Cyprus, England, Lebanon, Dubai, Kuwait, and Bahrain.	Nurina Harvey Owner, chef and Inspiration behind Kafe paprika
Nurina opened Kafe paprika in 2003 and has enjoyed increasing success, bringing authentic Mediterranean Cuisine to Malaysia, expanding from fine dining restaurant into catering and now adding a cooking school to her list of achievements. Now Nurina wants to share her gift of cooking with you.

For these classes, we prepare a full menu celebrating all that is important in great food. During these classes, you’ll also have the opportunity to work hands on with your chosen cuisine. Your class also includes a full lunch and beverage.

This class is a must and you’ll be hands on so you’ll be confident to take your new found skills and techniques home to impress friends and family. You’ll be preparing a full meal. This could include antipasti, fresh pasta, a meat dish and dessert. We use only the best ingredients, recipes will vary from different corners of the Mediterranean....the flavours will deliver the magic that this hands on class brings.
